You will pay an initial deposit upon your consultation.
Once contracts are exchanged you pay the success fee which is calculated on a percentage of the property purchase price and the initial deposit is then deducted from the success fee.

Lettings

You pay an initial deposit upon your consultation.
Once tenancy agreements are signed by tenant and landlord you pay the success fee which is 1 month rental and the initial deposit is then deducted from the 1 month rental.
